Billing Terms & Risk Protection
Sage Coordination Services acts solely as an administrative intermediary. All quotes, invoices, and structural liabilities for physical work remain strictly between the third-party contractor/cleaner and the client. The client agrees to settle all third-party invoices directly within those service providers' specified payment terms. Sage Coordination Services accepts no liability for contractor workmanship, delays, or outstanding financial balances.
