A monthly retainer that guarantees operational coverage and dispatch oversight for up to 4 scheduled turnarounds or guest check-outs per calendar month, tiered by property size.
- 1-Bedroom Unit: Single bedroom scheduling and standard cleaning team dispatch.
- 2-Bedroom Unit: Multi-room management and standard turnaround tracking.
- 3-Bedroom Unit: Family unit tracking and deep cleaning schedule oversight.
- 4-Bedroom Unit: Large group turnover management and multi-bathroom tracking.
- Luxurious Homes / Units: Premium property coordination, high-end styling and spot-check oversight.
Emergency Turnaround Coordination
Last-minute, short-notice, or same-day turnover requests outside your standard monthly allocation are coordinated for a R200 add-on fee per occurrence.
